Refund Policy

At Daily Peek, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. That's why we offer a convenient 14-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us. Here's what you need to know:

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number at dailypeekuk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. You'll then have an additional 14 days to return the items to us. Please note that returns requested after this 14-day window cannot be accepted, and we are unable to refund the cost of the item.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item:

Is requested within the 14-day return window
Is in its original condition
Is unworn or unused
Has all tags attached
Is not damaged
Is in its original packaging
Don't forget to include your order number with your return request.

Return / Refund Process
We give our customers two options:

1. Keep the item and receive a 15% refund of the total item value of your order.

2. Return the item at your own cost to our warehouse in China and get a full refund of the total item value of your order. (Please note that shipping to Asia can be expensive. If you need to return an item, you must cover the return shipping costs. The return shipping costs are not refundable.)

Please follow the instructions carefully when returning your items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure about the eligibility of your item, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Reporting Damaged or Broken Products
If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us immediately upon receiving the dress. Timely notification allows us to address the issue promptly. Failure to report the damage immediately will result in handling the return or refund as per our standard return policy outlined above.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancel order
Please note that orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from the time of purchase due to our fast processing system.

Free gifts
Free gifts are not eligible for returns. If they are ordered and not received, please get in contact with us, so we can provide a discount code for future orders.
